Payment Options
Online orders are processed through PayPal. It is not necessary to have to have a PayPal account to buy online, but you may use your PayPal account if you have one as a payment option. Also, we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. In-store, we also sell and accept Holly Candle Shoppe Gift Certificates in a variety of monetary denominations.

Michigan Sales Tax
All Michigan residents are subject to 6% Sales Tax on all online orders, which is automatically applied upon checkout.

Shipping Policy
We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail® to ship all of our orders. Shipping costs are figured dynamically during the checkout process and vary depending on the weight of your packaged product and your destination zipcode. These rates are directly harvested from zone charts published by the United States Postal Service.

ORDER PROCESSING
Our online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will normally begin processing the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped to arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Because our all-natural soy candles are sensitive to high heat conditions, we do not ship on Fridays during the summer to prevent our products from sitting in hot delivery trucks all weekend. Orders processed at the end of the week are shipped out on the following Monday.

2011 HOLIDAY SEASON ORDER PROCESSING
We consider getting your packages to their destination a top priority and to help us meet that goal, we have established a couple of deadlines to ship out your products this holiday season. Tuesday, December 20th at 11am is the holiday shipping cutoff for the 2011 holiday season. If you place an online order before the holiday shipping cutoff, your order will be packaged and shipped that day using standard USPS shipping, which should arrive to your destination before Christmas. We guarantee that we'll ship all orders same day or next day to arrive by December 23rd or we'll refund your shipping cost. Orders placed between the holiday shipping cutoff and 11am, December 24 will be shipped standard USPS without any promise or guarantees of a particular arrival date. Any orders placed after 11am on Christmas Eve will not ship out until the Tuesday, December 27th.

Deliveries to U.S. Territories, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and be subject to import charges and other fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Recycle and Refill Program
Customers are excited to discover that we offer a refill program for most of our fragrance containers. Not only do we refill our own containers, but we will also refill other company candle containers as well. You can visit our official Recycle and Refill program page to watch a short presentation to learn more. Refill pricing varies depending on the container. Visit or call our Downtown Holly store for pricing information. Not all containers can or will be refilled and refilling a particular container will be at the discretion of Holly Candle Shoppe. There is a $2.00 service fee for containers that contain paraffin wax or for containers that are brought back extremely dirty that require additional cleaning. Container refills take approximately 3 to 5 business days, but may take longer depending on wax and fragrance availability. You will receive a call when your container is refilled and ready to be picked up. Recycle and Refill Program only available at Downtown Holly, Michigan store.

Return Policy
We pride ourselves in producing only the finest, most natural, hand-poured candles and fragrance products in North America, while committing to the highest quality control standards and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you may return it for a replacement, store credit or refund of the product purchase cost within ten (10) days of purchase on your store receipt. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase.

ONLINE STORE ORDERS
For orders placed with our online store, you must first receive a return authorization number before you can return a product you purchased from us. To begin a return on a product you ordered online, please contact our Returns Department. You will receive a return authorization number that you will send with your returned product. You can receive a like-kind product replacement, full refund less shipping costs in the original form of payment or store credit less shipping costs for unused candles. For candles that have been slightly used, store credit less shipping costs will be applied to your user account. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back to us.

HOLLY, MICHIGAN STORE ORDERS
For products purchased at our retail store at 109 Battle Alley in Holly, Michigan, please bring the item you wish to return back to the store, along with your original receipt. Only store credit will be granted without a receipt.

OTHER RETAIL LOCATION ORDERS
Should you have a product issue for one of our candle products you purchased from one of our retailers, please visit the retail location from which you purchased it first to request a replacement or refund.
