We pride ourselves in producing only the very finest, premium hand-poured, natural soy candles in North America. We achieve this by adhering to our own stringent quality benchmarks using the same time-honored hand-pouring techniques used by candle artisans for centuries. In addition, our candle products contain only All-Natural Soy Wax that is 100% Vegetable made with biodegradable Pure Soybean Oil, manufactured meeting strict FDA standards. OUR CANDLES WILL NEVER CONTAIN ANY PARAFFIN OR OTHER PETROLEUM BY-PRODUCTS. We only use hand-selected dyes and fragrances that are hand-mixed using only the highest grade of raw materials available.

Holly Candle Shoppe stands behind Our Quality Guarantee and is absolutely committed to your unconditional delight and satisfaction with all of our hand-poured candle products. If you are not completely satisfied with any candle you purchase from us, we want to have the opportunity to make it right. Should you encounter a problem with any of our candles, we strongly encourage you to bring it back to our Downtown Holly Store so we can discuss a remedy for that issue.

Online Orders
Our online store is custom built to make shopping for your favorite soy candles fun, easy and secure. All online orders are shipped directly from our Holly, Michigan manufacturing facility. If you prefer to order via phone, please call us at (248) 328-9000 or Toll-Free at 1-877-HOLLY-SOY (1-877-465-5976), Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time. All online orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of order.

To order online:

1. Enter the secure eCommerce store section of our website several ways by either clicking on the "Online Store" button on the top navigation bar, by clicking on any of the Fragrance Fast Tabs at the top of any page, or clicking on one of the online store links in the bottom navigation bar on any page. You can also get to the online store by clicking on any of the product ads on the Home Page.
2. Click on one of the Fragrance Category Swatches (Fruit, Floral, Food, Other, Aromatherapy or Candle Accessories) to shop that group of products.
3. Click on the Fragrance Swatch of the product you want to learn more about and possibly add to your basket.
4. On the Product Page, you will be presented with all of the product varieties available for the particular fragrance you are looking at. Adjust the quantity you want of a given product variety and click the ADD TO CART button to add that to your basket. A real-time Basket Widget display in the upper right-hand corner of the page will tell you how many products you have in your basket, as well as what your sub total costs are. To quickly get to your cart, you can click on the Basket Widget at the upper right-hand corner anywhere site-wide or you can click on the VIEW BASKET button on the Product Page. You can shop for other products by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.
5. The View Basket page will show an up-to-the-minute report of all of the things you put into your cart. On this page, you can alter the quantities of the products in your basket by first changing the number in the quantity field next to the product you desire to alter and then clicking the UPDATE QTY button or you may remove them completely by clicking on the REMOVE button. On this page you can also figure your shipping cost by typing in your destination zip code in the appropriate field and clicking on the CALCULATE button. This is only a calculation tool - you will enter the full shipping information during the checkout process. You can shop for other products by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button or begin the checkout process by clicking on the CHECKOUT button.
6. During the Checkout process, you will enter your shipping and billing information, as well as have a final opportunity to review your cart before submitting your order. Once the order is securely submitted, we'll receive your order almost immediately and we'll send you an eMail to confirm that your order has been received within twenty-four hours.

Payment Options
Online, we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. In-store, we also sell and accept Holly Candle Shoppe Gift Certificates in a variety of monetary denominations.

Michigan Sales Tax
All Michigan residents are subject to 6% Sales Tax on all online orders (not including shipping), which is automatically applied upon checkout.

Enabling Cookies
Cookies are required to shop the online store on this website. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a web server (in this case the hollycandleshoppe.com web server) to store on your local computer so it can later be read back from that browser.
