Holly Candle Shoppe is a family owned and operated soy candle manufacturing and retail company based in Holly, Michigan, USA. Along with our flagship retail store in Holly, our candles can be found in select high-quality gift boutiques in and around the State of Michigan and all across the country.

We Pour Our Own Candles
Customers are surprised to hear when they walk into our store that we actually pour our own candles right in the back room of our Holly store every day, using time-honored techniques and only the most purest, all-natural soy wax made from American-grown soybeans. This, along with all-cotton wicks and some of the best fragrances and vibrant colors you will find anywhere are all part of our effort toward producing only the finest, most natural, hand-poured candles in North America.

Our Butterfly
A silhouette of a butterfly in-flight can be seen in our logo as well as throughout our store and product labels. The butterfly means different things to different cultures but it is almost always recognized as a symbol of change from one form of existence to another more beautiful one. With the world’s focus on going green and transitioning to a more beautiful place to live, we thought it was appropriate to use the butterfly as we continue to educate consumers about the benefits of choosing clean-burning soy candles as a 'greener' option for everyday use, holidays and special occasions.

Holly Candle Shoppe is a part of The 3/50 Project, a grassroots effort whose mission is to strengthen independent brick-and-mortar businesses. We're also a member of the International Guild of Candle Artisans, a non-profit organization founded in 1965, whose mission is to raise and maintain the standards of candle making.

In October of 2009, Holly Candle Shoppe was awarded the Main Street Oakland County Outstanding Sign award in recognition for the outdoor signage of our Downtown Holly store. Please go HERE to read all about it and see our award.
